This warm chicken salad is very healthy, delicious and fast.

Ingredients

For Warm Chicken Salad

1 pound chicken breast fillets, cut in small pieces
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup zucchini, finely chopped
1 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 cup sweet corn
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
3 tbsp organic coconut oil

Instructions

Salt and pepper the chicken breasts.

In a large skillet over low heat, heat the coconut oil and place the chicken. Mix until the chicken is almost done.

Now add vegetables and ginger. Mix until veggies is soft, now season with garlic and onion powder.

Turn off the flame and cover skillet, serve warm.
