For Tilapia Ceviche
In a large glass bowl, add the tilapia, lime juice, salt, pepper and, if desired, the celery seasoning. Set aside.
Next, in small glass bowl mix the onion, tomato, and fresh cilantro.
Cover and refrigerate until the tilapia is “cooked” through, about 15 mins.
Drain and discard the excess lemon juice. Add the onion, tomatoes, and cilantro and mix until evenly coated. When serving, spread the sliced serrano peppers on top.
You can serve on tostadas or with tortilla chips! Hot sauce, and sliced avocado…
