Tilapia Ceviche

It´s time to make this delicious and simple tilapia ceviche! Ideal for a light and healthy dinner, you can bake the tortillas or chips …. Mmmmm yummy

Ingredients

For Tilapia Ceviche

2 pounds tilapia, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup fresh lime juice
Salt
Ground black pepper
Celery seasoning (optional)
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro
1 serrano pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a large glass bowl, add the tilapia, lime juice, salt, pepper and, if desired, the celery seasoning. Set aside.

Next, in small glass bowl mix the onion, tomato, and fresh cilantro.

Cover and refrigerate until the tilapia is “cooked” through, about 15 mins.

Drain and discard the excess lemon juice. Add the onion, tomatoes, and cilantro and mix until evenly coated. When serving, spread the sliced serrano peppers on top.

You can serve on tostadas or with tortilla chips! Hot sauce, and sliced avocado…
