Reciperella´s Deviled Shrimp
For this recipe you need some types of Mexican dry chili peppers. On this page you can see the varieties that exist. Use my garlic paste for this recipe.
For this Reciperella´s Deviled Shrimp you can make a Mexican rice soup.

Ingredients
1 kg medium size shrimp, skin off, and deveined.
For A la Diabla Sauce
4 tbsp Reciperella´s garlic paste
4 guajillo dried chiles clean, deveined
4 ancho dried chiles clean, deveined.
5 arbol dried chiles, clean
1 cup tomato puree, canned.
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
salt
2 cubes knorr shrimp bouillon
1/4 cup butter
Instructions

First, in blender beat all ingredients for diabla sauce except butter. Set aside.

In a saucepan, over medium heat melt the butter and add shrimps.

Cook approx 2 mins and pour the a la diabla sauce.

Cook for 10 mins over low heat.
