Mexican White Rice With Butter

A delicious and easy recipe, to be perfect you must use the exact amount of chicken broth that says in the ingredients.
Use long-grain rice, cover the saucepan, and almost when fully cooked, uncover until the broth is absorbed.

Mexican White Rice- Reciperella

Ingredients

1 cup rice
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 can, carrots and peas
salt.

1/4 cup butter

Instructions

Melt the butter and add the rice.

Over medium heat, Fry until rice is golden brown.

Add Garlic and onion. Fry 3 mins more.

Add chicken broth, salt and carrots & peas, low the flame and cover saucepan for 15-20 minutes.

Then uncover the saucepan and cook 5 minutes more.
