Ingredients
4 pieces of aluminum foil that is big enough to accommodate the fish fillets and vegetables
A sheet pan bake
4 large fish fillet (Your favorite)
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
4 tsp dijon
Salt
Pepper
3 carrots, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 onion L, sliced
4 tsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 475 F

Place one piece of foil on the work surface. Now place the fish, spread dijon and season with garlic, salt and pepper.

Top the fish with vegetables and drizzle oil.

Wrap foil very well and bake for 25 minutes.

Very carefully open fish packets. Optionally serve with rice.
