Goat Cheese Flan Recipe

Usually the flan has cream cheese, but this time I decided to add goat cheese and the taste is exceptional! Thanks for reading my recipes!

Dulce de Leche

Ingredients

Dulce de leche 1/2 can
5 eggs L
Evaporated milk, 1 can
Condensed milk, 1 can
350 grs Goat Cheese
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp powder cinnamon
Aluminum foil
Hot water, aprox. 500-600 ml

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You need two bake pans, one large for a bain-marie and one 22 cm diameter to bake the flan. You also need aluminum foil to cover the flan mixture.

This is very simple, mix in blender all the ingredients except dulce de leche.

Swirl baking pan around with dulce de leche until evenly coated. Pour the mix.

Cover with aluminum foil.

Put the mold with the mixture inside the large mold, add hot water until half of the mold is covered.

Bake for 90 mins until cooked, consistency is smooth, Remove from oven and cool for 60 minutes. And preferably refrigerate overnight.

Unmold and serve on a cake plate.
