Espresso Chocolate Brownies

Coffee and dark chocolate, the best combination!
Bake these delicious espresso chocolate brownies, you will love them!

Espresso Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups butter, melted
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 tbsp espresso powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp coffee extract
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. In a large bowl, melt the butter.

Add cocoa, espresso powder, salt, extracts and mix.

Add eggs and sugar. Mix until incorporated.

In a 25 x 25 cm square baking pan, with wax paper, bake at 220 degrees for 35-40 mins

Cut the brownies into 16 squares and add confectioners sugar on top.
