In a large mixing bowl, place the warm water and yeast. Stir in sugar and let proof for 5-6 mins.
Now, add oil, salt and adding a half of flour.
In a stand mixer with a dough hook whisk together and add remaining flour. Knead for 5 minutes at medium-high speed.
Cover the dough in the bowl with a dishtowel. Let rise for 60 mins or until the dough double in size.
Place oil on your hands and shape into two bread loaves. Spray the loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Let rise for 15 minutes more…
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes until golden.
Let cool for 60 minutes before removing from pan.
You can eat within 2 days or freeze.
