This is an easy Mexican-style sweet cornbread recipe, with a few ingredients and your blender.

For Sweet Cornbread Recipe

2 cups frozen corn
2.5 cups all purpose flour
190 grs cream cheese
2 cups condensed milk
8 eggs, L
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 tbsp vanilla extract



Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, butter and flour a 9- inch square cake pan.


It’s very easy, just liquify all ingredients, first the wet ingredients and slowly add flour and baking powder until all is incorporated very well. Pour the mix in the cake pan and smooth out on the top, bake for approx 45 mins. 


The consistency of sweet cornbread is deliciously moist. You can serve it warm or refrigerate for an hour before serving.
