This crispy wings recipe is delicious! For finger licking! You will love this two sauces!

Ingredients

For Chicken Wings

4 pounds chicken wings
2 cups all purpose flour
3 cups vegetable oil for frying
Your favorite dressing

For Buffalo Sauce

1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup Frank´s Red Hot sauce
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Salt

For Teriyaky Sauce

1 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup water

Instructions

In a medium glass bowl, place the flour and the wings is evenly coated with the flour.
Set aside.

First, we make the buffalo sauce. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

Combine the other ingredients for the sauce and mix, whisk frequently until sauce comes to a simmer. Set aside.

Now we will make the teriyaki sauce, at low heat, in a medium saucepan pour the soy sauce, sugar, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and whisk.

Combine water and cornstarch and whisk. Pour in the saucepan, mix and season, simmer for approx 8-10 mins until thickness. Set aside.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over a pot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken wings to the oil and fry 8-10 mins or until golden and crispy.

Transfer the wings to a wire rack to drain.

The wings is ready! Serve with teriyaky or buffalo sauce and your favorite dressing…
