Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

This recipe will be the best forever! They are delicious, imagine the taste of chocolate, cinnamon and cheese frosting.

The most important is will be to you use good quality chocolate and good quality yeast. Remember this! I recommended this chocolate brand

The Dough

1 cup butter, melted.
2 cups whole milk, scalded
8 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
5 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
4 eggs M
2.5 tsp salt

For Filling

2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup chocolate, chopped

Cream Cheese Frosting

3/4 cup butter softened
227 grs cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract


Mix the escalded milk and dry yeast. Melt the butter and add. Set aside.
In a stand mixer, add flour, sugar, salt, and eggs. Carefully stir all ingredients.
Add the mixture with milk, yeast and butter
Mix for 5 mins and leave the mixture in a large bowl, cover the top with plastic. And allow the dough to rise until double in size, approx 60 mins.
For filling: mix brown sugar, melted butter, chocolate and cinnamon. It must look like a paste
Floured work surface. Dump the inflated dough and fold into thirds and press in flat. Then turn and fold into thirds again and press. Roll a rectangle out into a large bake sheet.
Spread cinnamon and chocolate filling. Starting at the cinnamon-covered long edge, roll the dough sheet tightly toward to form a long tight log. Place a piece of parchment paper in baking dish. Then cut the log into 16 rolls. Preheat the oven 375 degrees
Allow the rolls to rise for at least 20 minutes while the oven heats.
Then, bake for 25 mins.
In the stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar together until completely smooth
When the cinnamon rolls are baked, let cool for 10 min and add the cream cheese frosting.
You can refrigerated and then microwave the rolls for later.
