Best Beef Birria Taquitos
Cook these delicious beef birria taquitos for any special occasion! The birria is a dish from Jalisco, the consome is a broth or soup and is served with the taquitos.
The consome is special for flavoring the meat!
Consome is served with onion, coriander and lemon juice, also served with a spicy green tomato sauce.
These taquitos are addictive, the “adobo” is made with Mexican dried peppers and a lot of flavor! You can learn more about Mexican dried peppers here.
