Ingredients

For Carne Asada

2 pounds flank steak for marinating
2 cups beer
3 lemon, juice
1 tbsp pepper, ground
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder

For Cucumber Pico de Gallo

1 cucumber M, cut in cubes
1/2 cup coriander, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, cut in cubes
1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
1 lemon, juice
Salt

For Asada Tacos

1 pound Tortillas

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients for marinating (except steak)

Now, add the steak and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or you can do this step overnight.

To make the pico de gallo, in a small bowl just mix all the ingredients and set aside.

Discard the marinade sauce, grill the steak for 10 mins per side, until cooked completely.

Cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm, heat the tortillas and make tacos. Serve with pico de gallo.
